Online Coaching

Communication via e-mail and phone. Athlete receives all-inclusive and comprehensive monthly training schedule with specific daily workouts via Workout Log.com platform. Periodized training schedule based on "A", "B" and "C" races for the year. Nutritional specificity and strength, flexibility and core conditioning included within schedule. (Minimum 3 month commitment).

PLEASE NOTE: Being consistent with training is critical to success! Therefore, a minimum 3-month commitment is required for endurance coaching program.

Initial Consultation $75

Coaching begins with payment of an initial consultation. Athlete completes questionnaire with training history, work and family commitments, injury and medical history, and available access to equipment and training facilities. Phone or in-person consult follows with coach to develop clear plan and specific goals/races for months ahead. Athlete receives bi-monthly or monthly plan. Initial threshold and heart rate testing may be requested for training plan construction. On-going accessibility to coach via e-mail and phone. Coach has access to athlete's completed training sessions and modifications made accordingly.
